Assalaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh...

InsyaAllah, our next weekly meet is quite a bigger event than usual. We will conduct a talk on 'Islam and Science', given by Dr. Ibrahim, a lecturer from the Faculty of Science.

Date and day: Wednesday, 3rd November 2010

Venue: Seminar Room 5 & 6, 1st floor, Institute of Health Science (IHS).

Time: 2pm onwards

All members and AJKs of clubs under the Exco Keugamaan dan Kerohanian are invited to this event. Please spread the word. Please spread the love.

Alhamdulillah, we've books in our Super-Mini Library that are related to that day's topic i.e. Islam and Science. To name a few, 'Quran Saintifik' by Dr. Danial Zainal Abidin (he once gave a talk during last freshers' orientation) and 'Hebatnya Al-Quran: Jika Kamu Berfikir'.

InsyaAllah, for those who doesn't know where it is, we will have AJKs to help you find it. Prolly we could meet up beside the ATMs and go to IHS together. The AJK will wait until 1.55pm and will be wearing an MYC tshirt, insyaAllah.

There will be, insyaAllah, AJKs waiting beside the ATM machines of the HEP building, and another few will wait at the IHS lobby to show you the way to the venue of the talk. InsyaAllah, it is for the benefit of those who doesn't know where the Seminar Room 5&6, Institute of Health Science (formerly known as Institute of Medicine, IM) is.

And also, insyaAllah our next Ulum Ad-Deen will be this Saturday, 30th October 2010 in the Senate Room, 1st floor of the Chancellor Hall building at 2pm. Everyone is invited to come and gain knowledge insyaAllah on the topic, 'Fadilat Korban dan Aqiqah'. Semoga Allah memberkati majlis ilmu kita pada kali ini. Ameen.

Pihak penganjur sangat-sangat berharap agar ahli-ahli MYC dapat menghadirkan diri dalam kedua acara tersebut.

Week 12: Weekly Meet

InsyaAllah, akan ada perjumpaan mingguan kita seperti biasa pada hari Rabu hadapan, 27hb Oktober 2010 di tempat biasa, DMP pada 2.00 petang. Sekian, harap maklum.

InsyaAllah we'll finish up alilbit earlier than usual, prolly around 3.30 or 4pm-ish. There'll be a Tahlil event for a recently deceased fellow of our's (a UBDian), in the masjid at 4pm. So, to be polite and be reminded, we'll be joining in the tahlil.

It's International PINK HIJAB DAY tomorrow! :D

Yet again...

Assalaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh...

Afwan jiddan, yet again we have to cancel this Wednesday's weekly meet because of the Musabaqah thingie. But feel free to drop by the CH to give support to our Uni's representative (and the other institutes' as well). May Allah grants us His blessing from this event, reciting His words, remembering His reminders, thanking His guidance. Ameen.

Weekly Meet: Syawal final round.

Assalaamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh...

InsyaAllah we'll have our usual weekly meet this Wednesday, 6th October 2010 same time same place. Word from the AJKT, its advisable if you set your time for our weekly meets until 5pm or so, just so that if we do finish up later than 4.30, you won't be anxious. Because we all know, we always do finish up later than that.

Oh and one more thing, since its still Syawal, everyone is invited to bring in their Raya cakes and biscuits and 'minuman tin' to DMP. Jangan bini-bini saja, laki-laki jua lah ah. Pass arah AJK, then we'll kumpul and bagi or pass around during our sharing session, InsyaAllah.

About the visit to Kompleks Rumah-Rumah Kebajikan, it's postponed to 13th Oct (Wednesday) insyaAllah. If we do get thru...
