It has been a hectic week for us but it has been a week full of new faces, new friends, new environment, and so many new things for MYC.
Jazakumullahu Khayran Katheera to all of you who came for the MYC Induction Day held last wednesday, 16th January 2013 at the Inspiring Hall, Student Centre UBD.

The MYC Library Booth is only specific to Motivational and Islamic books. These are infaq books by the members of MYC (cool isn't it? =D)

Highlights
The event was initiated by the recitation of Al-Fatihah and proceeded to speech of the Ameer (ketua) for MYC. In the middle of the speech, few dollars was shown to the audience, and he asked, "Siapa mau hadiah (referring to the dollars?)" Everyone said "Mauu!"
He continued, "Siapa mau, ambil!"
But ironically, no one came up to the front. Everyone shouted 'I want!' earlier, but the legs were not willing to move.
So what is wrong with us actually? Not confident? Shy? Err.. Lazy? Not brave enough?
Dan Kami kuatkan hati anak-anak muda itu (dengan kesabaran dan keberanian), semasa mereka BANGKIT BERDIRI (menegaskan tauhid) lalu berkata: “Tuhan kami ialah Tuhan yang mencipta dan mentadbirkan langit dan bumi; kami tidak sekali-kali akan menyembah Tuhan yang lain dari padanya; jika kami menyembah yang lainnya bermakna kami memperkatakan dan mengakui sesuatu yang jauh dari kebenaran.” [Al-Kahf 18: 14]
Allah has done His part, where He strengthen our hearts to stand strong for something that is worth standing for. It is us who still have not done our part, which is to let the strength Allah has lent us to the correct path of life.
So how do you spend the strength lent by Allah?
